Indie find #6

Of The Red Sea are an indie rock/alternative band from Newcastle, Australia.
Their first EP, Verona was released in 2007.
The band's new website says, "The forthcoming EP is a taste of the band's movement into wider sonic territory; more colourful terrain, more restless eclecticism, whilst retaining the honesty that marked their earlier work. The songs convey themes of escape and change - both personally and in society. This is a clear stepping-off point from the more intimate tone of 'Verona', which tended towards introspection and the past as much as the forthcoming EP is looking outside and to the future.
The band have just finished tracking for the forthcoming EP, about to arrange mixing."

They've been streaming new songs on Facebook and Myspace. Sounds promising, eh.
